What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
It all starts by filling out the New Guest Appointment Request Form! This allows me to get to know you and your hair goals so that we can ensure your initial appointment is booked properly.

Please complete the form in full and I’ll be in touch within 24 hours of your request during my work week, which is Tuesday-Saturday. If you have any questions or need support please email me.
Once scheduled, you'll receive a confirmation email & text.
72 and 24 hours before your appointment you will receive a email or text reminder.
Life gets busy & things can get forgotten, so this service helps!
I require a 24 hour notice of cancelation or rescheduling.
Please be sure to read my Policy page regarding rescheduling, canceling, and no-shows.
Your appointment time is a time for you to relax & have to yourself.
Please do not bring children to your appointment.
The Consultation & Appointment
My studio is located inside of Zaza Studios in Clive, Iowa.
There is ample free parking available!
Once you head inside, I am located in Studio 126, which is the second door on the right.
For all new guests, your first appointment with me is scheduled a bit longer than usual.
This is for me to fully understand your hair history, hair goals, likes & dislikes, so that we can create a road map of how to realistically get you to your dream hair.
Whether that's through a well sculpted cut that grows out well, color, or hair care and styling products that work best for your hair type and life style; I take the time to listen to your wants and needs to deliver the best possible end result.

Inspiration photos are always encouraged!
Please be prepared to answer questions about what you like and dislike about the inspiration photos.

I use Kevin Murphy Color, which is a gentle and more naturally derived color line.
If you are coming in for a color service please arrive with clean and dry hair (washed within 24 hours of your color service appointment).
If we need to wash your hair before applying color will result in an up-charge.

There is a complimentary coffee bar: freshly ground coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, & hot cocoa,
as well as a wine bar (Cabernet or Chardonnay) available.
In my private studio, I have Netflix as well as satellite channels available to watch, as well as endless music choices.
Phone chargers and Wifi are also available for your use if needed!
After Goodbye
I always love to hear about how your hair is working for you a few days after our time together.
I take great pride in my work and want it be what we discuss in the consultation. I may even reach out to ask simply out of curiosity!

Guarantee of Services
I always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not 100% satisfied with the service, I ask that you contact me within 5 days of your appointment so that I may schedule you to have your services (based upon the original and agreed upon consultation. Changing ones mind does not fall under this guarantee of service) corrected free of charge.
